I applied when I first turned 18 but never received a call. Applied later on in August for Pet Care. I received a call whited turned into a short phone interview I was not ready for, and I did not feel confident since I thought he was calling to set up a formal interview. About 2 weeks later I received a call from the hiring manager (the general manager called me first) and set up a interview. The interview went well and he passed me on to a 2nd interview with the general manager. Asked simple questions both time. Except he told me they were going to start off me as a cashier and cross train me to pet care later (which they did). Said they just needed to do a background check and complete a drug test then contact them when ready! It did seem a bit unorganized but after working there I realized how busy it is,espcially on the mangers.
