I was brought in for two interviews, one with the store leader and the second a few days later with the assistant store leader. They were friendly and offered me the position during the second interview.

For any position (including an internal promotion) you have to fill out an online application, once completed if they decide to move along with you application you get 1 in-person interview with the store manager and assistant manager (for any management positions this may be split into 2 interviews and one of them being with a district leader). Usually they will offer you the position in the interview unless they are interviewing many people for only 1 position that's available. However, if that position you are supposed to be interviewing for is full/ you arent the right fit they will sometimes offer you a lesser position. If you accept the offer, they will send over a contract and you must complete a background check. Once the check comes back, they call you and schedule your first day!
