I was called by the manager around 8:30pm for a quick phone interview. He asked a few questions about my schedule and things on my resume, and then we set up an interview for the next day. He took me back to his little office and told me about the company, asked about the animals I owned, and let me ask him a few questions. This man was very attentive and was excited to tell me about his team, and he said he looks forward to me joining the team as well. However, I still needed to meet the manager of the department I'd be working in, and she was out of town until the next week, so we set up a final interview with that woman. It was very casual and comfortable experience.
