Good process. Felt the interviewer was prepared and had my resume in front of him. It felt like he had already made up his mind about me before the interview. Like I guess it was more a screening then an actual interview.

Five telephone interviews starting with the recruiter and several others until we got to the face to face interview. No background check and no drug test which was alarming.
