I was contacted by the hiring officer through sms and asked to give some personal details. Then, I was requested to come to the office of HRD and was interviewed about more personal things for them to refer me to which department they think should I fit in. Then I was interviewed by some supervisors but was actually just giving me advice for the final interview with the technical interview with the department manager.

Questions are specific to what you studied in college (for me it's for ECE). The manager asked me why and how yo solve weak cellular signal on the other side of a mountain.
