I was contacted by a recruiter. They set up a zoom interview within two weeks with 3 senior engineers. The experience was very bad as they were extremely rude. If a candidate does not look fit for the position they can just have a polite conversation. Instead they made attacking comments and even mocked.

Fast but the interviewers were very rude. They can try to be a bit polite and kind, there is no need to be behave this badly if you do not like a candidate
