The overall interview process went pretty fast. But was never aware of there is a third round interview. Questions are easy, mostly behavioural, nothing technical. First round was on the phone, and second round was with three people who are in the equity research team.

They asked me about my enrollment and how I felt about my performance on the CFA, which had just occurred in June. It began with walking through my resume, and asking about the roles I was previously in. From there they asked what I knew about the different oil plays in Western Canada, and differences in valuation between international and domestic companies.
