2. If you have Basics of aircraft maintenance course and license, most likely they will call you.
3. they call you for preliminary 2 tests.
4. English test MCQ (easy one).
5. IQ test.
6. If you pass these two, they will call you for the technical exam.
7. Technical exam differs according to the department you will join (Fixed wing or Rotary).
8. If you pass, they will call you after a week for technical interview questions. (mostly from the basics course that you took) asking about your past experience, how well you know their aircraft.
9. They don't like any negotiation in salary or even talk about it, they set the salary according to the company policy and no of years of experience (no negotiation/ no debate).
