Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Pfida (Londres, Inglaterra) em mar. de 2025
Entrevista
There were three stages, the first was a brief call, the second was a task, and the final interview was in person. The HR staff messed up big time by telling me she would call me on the friday for the first stage interview, without giving me a set time.
The brief for the task was really unclear, although I made it work, it showed they didn't really know much about social media. In the final interview, they weren't interested in learning more about me or sharing more about the role and it was clear they had a favourite already. But the one person who was asking all the questions was improvising, and nothing seemed prepared. I saw on LinkedIn the person who got the role was a graduate, whereas I had 3 years of experience, which was a big slap on the face. Again, I'm not sure they knew what they were doing. One of my questions was even about if I understood the reality of working in a start-up, and I had experience in a startup so clearly they didn't really care.
Going of all this I don't think this is an ideal company to work.

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Pfida (Londres, Inglaterra).
Entrevista
One stage interview process that was with the line manager upon which an offer was received. There was a series of questions that were both scenario based as well as technical too. The interview lasted an hour in total and the turnaround was fairly quick within the same week.
