4 rounds: 1. Phone call interview: behavioural based questions, tell me what you know about Pfizer, what do pfizer produce etc (10 mins) 2. Online assessment: aptitude skills such as numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, sequences etc 3. Group assessment: given a scenario and asked what your next steps as a group would be (to show leadership, group work skills, communication skills). Do not be afraid to speak first or put yourself forward. 4. Face to face interview with hiring manager and line manager: behavioural questions based on Pfizer’s core values, prepare well and you will be fine
