Awful experience with Phaidon International I had a scheduled phone call interview which never occurred from Phaidon's Dallas office. After waiting approximately an hour after the scheduled time for the interview I emailed the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to which I received an email back stating, "I was overbooked". I am utterly disappointed in the lack of respect shown toward my time and effort preparing for the interview to only be given such a poor excuse. At the very least I should have been informed that they wouldn't be able to perform the interview and had it rescheduled. Do your job and treat each candidate with the respect their all equally owed!
