Four-round interview. First-round is with talent acquisition getting to know you and what 360 recruitment is. Why do you want to be in recruiting and what do you think makes you good at it? Round Two/Three/Four - Interviews with all the managers in the verticle that you applied for. They all ask you what is 360 recruiting. How do you deal with no? Why do you think you want to be in recruiting? What skills do you possess that would make you a strong recruiter? Are you willing to put in the time and hours it takes to hit the company's daily KPIs and be successful and become a top biller?

Very streamlined interview process, there were a few rounds making it more lengthier than your typical interviewing process. I enjoyed the process throughout though, everyone I met was nice and easy to talk to

The process was straightforward and efficient. The hiring manager was very direct about the profile they were looking for, especially in terms of sales drive and resilience. I appreciated the transparency as it made it easier to assess mutual fit.
