Entrevista
I had worked there in High school during the summers and it was easy since Phaltless Inc.knew my work ethic and abilities. The owner went around to the employees and asked if they thought I would be a good fit and also make sure that I would fit in as part of the Phaltless Inc. family. It was a resounding yes, since I have made several visits there during my previous employment. I got to each of them very well and attended the summer BBQ's even though I was not yet a member of the Phaltless Inc. family yet. Thi was done so everyone could see how I interacted with everyone and got to know them on a personal level and not just at the shop.
