For context I have over a decade of experience in a similar role for another company. The HR guy was very nice and realizes I have exactly the experience for the job, says he'll schedule an interview right away. They scheduled a teams meeting the next day. No one showed up. I reached out and he said oh maybe teams problem, It's not a teams problem but I offer lets do a phone call. Can't do a phone call for some reason so he reschedules teams. Right before the rescheduled meeting I get an email from the hiring manager saying emergency came up we need to reschedule. Ok at least you let me know (barely) ahead of time. Rescheduled again. Go to the next rescheduled meeting. No one is there once again. Since I have the hiring manager's email now I try emailing, Let's do a call instead, since maybe it's teams. No response, no explanation. I try emailing the HR guy, no explanation. He reschedules again. At this point I think it's a prank. I've scheduled 3 no show meetings now this is the 4th, He doesn't even ask my availability anymore just sends the invite. Each one was entirely on their timing, I took time out of my day for it, then they blew me off. I'm done. I get an email a month later asking if I'd still be open to interviewing. I say I'm frustrated with the repeated no shows but will do it one last time - schedule any time in the next week. They schedule the time. I show up. It's another no show. I email the hiring manager, no response. Email the HR, he tells me he reminded the hiring manager in the morning and he said he worked a long shift but didn't call it off. So once again I was blown off. HR says he understands if I don't want to continue. I've spent 3 hours + an hour in the initial screen at this point and haven't even interviewed, It truly must be a prank. They must be laughing at me taking bets on whether I will show up again.

I was stood up for the online interview. With no explanation, I was sent another interview request for the following week. After responding that I was available but wanting confirmation of all party's availability prior to setting aside my time, the interview process was summarily canceled.
