There is typically a phone screen with the HR Director and then she invites you in person to meet with the school admin team/Director. After those two steps/interviews, the hiring team reaches back out with an update within 2-3 business days. In my case, the HR Director called and let me know to expect the offer letter and let me know they were offering me the position! It was a pretty quick process. They encourage me to submit a two week resignation and I started within 2 weeks.
