Easy and efficient. No challenging code tests. Sociable people. Had 3 stages. One with hr one with principal devs one with managers. I had a reference that worked there so it was a lot easier to get an offer.

Overall, I had a great experience in my interview. I did an initial breakfast interview with Michael, VP of Capabilities, a Google hangout with HR and a technical review with a couple of the developers. I finally met again with Michael and Christine, VP of People and was presented with an offer!
