Seems to be a three or four step process: 1) Recruiter screening interview via video (60 mins) 2) Hiring manager interview via video (60 mins) 3) Panel interview (pitch and then a panel with Q&A session) 4) Interview with a cross-functional team member outside the daily working team
The interviewer was unprepared and seemed to be annoyed that they had to do an interview. They made several comments about the working environment being long hours and that most people cannot cut it. Other red flags were present and not a great experience.
