I would like to say that I never give negative feedback because everyone is aware of their own shortcomings, but a company that, among other things, helps you improve your recruitment process and yet their own is dreadful, really caught my attention. There was a lack of communication for 3 weeks until I had to insist to get a response. They told me they would also send me feedback via email, but I never received it..

I only went through the first interview with the recruiter, 30 minute video call. Went over my relevant work experiences and a few background questions. I never got an official rejection but assumed I did not move on to the next round after 3 weeks without a reply.

Phone screen with recruiter. 1:1 with hiring manager. Panel presentation… nice group of people. Straight forward process and presentation can be what you want to make of it. Great opportunity to get creative.

Interview was easy but drawn out and team seemed nice and like a good place to work. Benefits are good but I wish they had been a little more transparent about how long the process would take on the front end.

I felt like a lot of the interview was more personal and about how I saw the role fitting vs any other interview I’ve been on and I had to go through the same thing multiple times with multiple people. They talked a lot about themselves and the position but didn’t ask me many questions or give me much opportunity to speak
