The interview process at Phi Partners for the Sales & Research Associate role was concise and structured, focusing heavily on communication, and analytical thinking. Across 3 stages, I was assessed on my ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve through real-world sales scenarios, and situational sales questions. What they really try to get out of the interview is adaptability, commercial awareness, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

A pleasantly personable interview process, with a respectful team. It was a nice experience. 3 rounds, first online teams screening followed by an in person interview with the team and a final round with the CEO.
