Did 5h30 hours of interviews for not a technical fit 1h technical chat with VP of eng 1h technical chat with CTO 30 min presentation with 9 people in it on a previous technical project I've done. 1h30 Android live coding interview with 3 people attending 1h C++ live coding interview with 3 people attenting 30 min chat with CEO I was deemed not technical fit. I have a hard time understanding the process of evaluation for an EM position. It took 5h30 and about a dozen people to come up to this decision. They try to put me in a position that I didn't fit in and were still trying hard to make it work. Overall, very bad process, as this decision could have been made a lot earlier and there is absolutely no need to involve that many people in each interview. I would challenge them to live code on coderpad on a rusty language in front of 3 people that never stop interrupting you.
