The lady who interviewed me was very nice and had good insight. Consists mostly of asking what your strengths are and why you feel you would be a good fit for the role.

Brief but good. I was direct and it wasn't the right fit. Ultimately, they wanted someone to improve their existing team; I expressed that if the team isn't good, you likely should find new, better people.
