Very professional, done over the phone and they asked really good questions and were thorough. They responded to my resume quickly and scheduled an interview quickly and efficiently. The managers have been there for a while and communication is very good and organized.

No interviewing. They just ask if you have caddied before and if not they train you. You have to go to a meeting at the beginning of each year. The training process constantly changes but usually involves a ghost loop. Sometimes you will have to go through actual training sessions on the golf course with current caddies.
