Recruited, spoken with management, did online test, spoke with consultant, spoke with manager. After 6 weeks in the process, I was told my salary requirement was too high. They try to recruit you by showing how amazing the company is, and want you to buy-in to it so you take an offer lower than you are asking for. I didn't budge. Definitely know your value before trying to negotiate salary with this company.
