Found the job posting on a local arts & culture non-profit job board. Sent resume and cover letter via e-mail to the contact person and received fast e-mail response back to schedule an interview. Came in for one-on-one interview with the person who would be my boss. I got to meet other staff members. I had to fill out a hard copy application as well with employment history, references etc. Very quick and efficient process, was hired soon thereafter.
