Recruiting through on campus engineering career office. Interview mainly filled with behavioral questions surrounding solving complex technical problems. Had follow-up phone interview with more behavioral questions and run-through of resume with site hiring manager. Decision came shortly afterwarads.

Standard. Was asked questions about working with people and what the projects I had worked on had taught me. There were no really surprising questions. Everyone was polite and punctual.

Entrevista
First a preliminary phone interview was conducted. If the interviewer was sufficiently satisfied with your responses, a second round in-person interview is the next course of action. Overall the interviewer was nice and presented a good image of company culture. It seemed leadership, communication, and time management skills were all held to high importance in the selection process.
