They reached out to me over email, and I had to make an account through their company website. I had 2 weeks to complete an online assessment, which included a few simple questions about myself that I had filled out in the application process and then 3 to 4 interview questions. These interview questions were pre-recorded, and I had two attempts to answer them and move onto to the next question.
