Very casual phone interviews asking your experience and background and why you want to work for the company. They also ask about your culture since they believe in diversity in their community and the in-person interviews are mainly the same questions. The more friendly you are, the higher the chance you'll get in, they appreciate friendly jokes and less formal answers but don't forget that you still have to be professional when answering their questions and explaining yourself.

After applying, they emailed about setting up a virtual interview. The interview was quick, about 10-15 minutes. The recruiter was very responsive, so she kept me in the loop of what to expect throughout the process.
