Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Phoenix Digital Health (Toronto, ON).
Entrevista
4 stage process:
1. Internal recruiter, video call
2. Product Mgr, video call
3. Lead Eng, video call
4. Onsite: step 1 guy welcomes you, step 2 & 3 guy accompanied by another Engineer ask you about their real life problem they encountered(and yet not solved) and asking you to discuss, propose a solution.
Issue is relatively easy to digest, decompose and start the discussion, straightforward. Understanding of their competence comes after "Aha" moment of their Engineer during your solution laid out. Seriously, that was a humble but still noticeable moment.
My reaction was a poker face but I got the point there.
After that panel interview you meet 2 co-founders.
They do vetting. All these steps to get to the boss like in any side scrolling game eg super mario. And if you aren't looking good or they had a bad mood - you're ghosted.
Not even a standard email about "blah-blah, meh."
