1st interview is a phone interview with Human Resource personnel then another on-site interview with HR personnel and/ or interview with department manager/ head. The interviewer is very keen regarding all the details listed on your resume and you must be able to explain everything that you have listed especially on your past experience/ job description.

The interview was quick and simple, the interview asked entry level questions to gauge knowledge, skills to bring to the company. It was also conducted onsite and paper works are also done there.
