Walked in and asked me to fill out a questionnaire, then the manager called me back and asked me some questions and offered me job on the spot, then had to do an orientation then I worked the next day

Phone call, then interview at the Auburn office. Dident feel like like an interview, felt that if you showed up and dident read the piece of paper with a wage on it he hands you then your hired. Also note, the interviewer confirmed, no paid training, this includes your orientation and phase 1 to 3. Also read the "contract/paper your handed. First thing he will do is tell you what your pay will be then said" you wont make any less than this amount" then you read the contract and it says you make minumum wage during training. Also, I put a preffered wage on the website where it asked and was offered significantly less in person. The wage in my case was advertised on indeed as 18.00+ an hour dependant on experience I was offered less with experience. I asked for the advertised wage and got an email advising that I dident get the job, not big loss there. Also note I was told that if I worked in Seattle then I would still need to drive to auburn to deliver my hard copy time sheets. Please avoid them, also there office is very unprofessional looking, did not feel that I was in a "security office"
