I was called by Photon Mr. HR (Interview review wasn't approved last time when HR name was mentioned) stating that there is a position available. He asked me about my experience, visa details and disconnected. After sometime, He called me back and asked me to come to interview F2F to DLF IT Park. When I asked about job description where they were looking specifically on one skill, HR mentioned that it is fine with the skills I have and asked me to come on same day at evening before 5pm (He called second time on that day at 2pm). I went there and waited for sometime, he called me inside and sent to interview panel and he asked about some junior level questions. I told them with patience and at the end he mentioned he isn't the interview panel and he is one of the senior team member and the panel is not available. That's when I got annoyed but came out silently without saying a word. I sent him mail about my unpleasant experience with the way he did to me. First thing is, If they are expecting specific cloud then why did HR say that anything is fine as if HR is taking care of requirements from clients. Second thing is, Why the interviewer didn't say about unavailability of interview panel. I was so much annoyed that if they don't have work they shouldn't do this kind of things with candidates. I went all the way to the location just to hear that interviewer panel isn't available. HR couldn't have mentioned that in call but I suspected when he asked me to come to interview in the evening anytime before 5pm. HR deliberately did this to me.
