They took first round, it was easy and I cleared the interview, later they asked me to share all the details about my PF, Form16, 26As and payslip everything bcoz, they want to release the offer before client round . But they didnt release anything and they took 5 days. I had been following up everyday, on the 5th day, the HR told me, it will take more time and process with client is slow and client had gone for holiday and nothing happened after that.

1. Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn over message (unprofessional]. I would prefer a phone call or atleast decent phone or text conversation. 2. Emails me and Schedules and interview 2 weeks later. A day in advance notice. 3. Interviewer (from Chennai, India) was late by 10 mins while Recruiter was engaging me and insisted to wait. [Unprofessional] 4. No introduction of company, project etc, he directly ask me basic devops questions.
