Despite completing two rounds of interviews, including a coding round, a technical and live coding round, a behavioral round, and a techno-managerial round, there has been no feedback or update on the application status for two weeks. This ghosting behavior is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company's candidate management practices. This not justify the absence of communication; all candidates deserve timely feedback. Overall Experience: The interview process at Phreesia started on a positive note with well-organized and challenging rounds that provided a good understanding of the company's standards. However, the experience was marred by the lack of communication post-interview. Investing considerable time and effort into multiple interview rounds, only to be met with silence, is disappointing and unprofessional. Phreesia needs to improve its post-interview communication to provide a more respectful and transparent experience for candidates.
