This position, along with many others, has been posted for about a year now, which should be a red flag. It means that either it's very low priority or there's a high turnover rate. The interview process reflected this. I didn't hear back about my application for a month, then did the first round interview with HR. A month a half after that, the deputy director contacted me for an interview. It was fairly standard and I was prepared. He then ghosted me after I followed up. They are disorganized and not respectful of people's time.
