Telephone interview with hiring manager to establish skills, face to face / video conference with European team to establish fit. Very European feel to the role rather than London centric

Interview consisted of two interviews with head of team and manager. Talked about aspirations within the role, expectations and past experiences based on CV. There was a particular focus on experiences and extra curricular activity outside of corporate life. Emphasis on the core person one was outside of working life .
