Overall disappointing process. The recruiter missed our initial scheduled interview twice. After it finally occurred, I was also able to speak to the CPO. That was a month ago. Since then, nothing from anyone at the company despite my multiple attempts to follow-up. I have moved on, assuming that I am not moving forward in the process. Some sort of communication post interview advising of the outcome would have been much appreciated. Seems very unprofessional to just ghost candidates.

I was approached by their team who stated my background was perfect for a role at the company. Several days later I was informed my background did not match the role and I was no longer considered. I pointed out that my skills did match the role and was then asked to interview again. The 30min interview was simple and I had more than enough experience to merit speaking with someone technical. Again, several days later I received an email saying I was no longer being considered.
