The interview process was not hard. I had a phone screen, a phone interview and multiple video interviews. The HM wanted me to meet with the team, which I did. Then I was told she wanted me to interview with someone on the team that was just hired. Ok. I had three interviews and hear nothing back! I hunted down the contact and asked for feedback, I was told I didn't have enough "passion". I think when you saw an African American female you were intimidated and gave a bleak reason as to why you chose another candidate. The feedback I had received initially was contradicting the feedback about not being passionate enough. The whole HR team was white females and I'm pretty sure that's what they're most comfortable with.
