They interview you first on the phone, then you go in and have 2 more interviews. Pretty straight forward. Know your stuff when you go there. They also want to make sure you can get along with the existing staff.

For house hunter it's mostly about the housing market, understanding home buyers, and realtors and being able to juggle.
