Applied online and got a call back within 2 days. Came in the next day and had an interview with the Store Manager. It was a basic interview that talked about my availability and previous work experience. All the questions I was asked were role-play scenario questions. The interview took around 45 minutes and I was hired on the spot and started 2 days later.

How would you deal with a long line of impatient customers during the holiday season?

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
