Entrevista
First I stopped by the store & spoke with an employee. They gave me a printed page with the website to go to. I filled out application & assessment on-line, called after 1 week to make sure manager aware of my interest, after 2 weeks, I was called for interview.
The manager was very nice & said he started working there for same reason I am interested...they have so many beautiful products...products I would have no trouble selling.

Tell me about a time you encountered a problem at work & how did you resolve it?
Interview consisted of a phone call and in-store interview. The interview was 30 minutes and was very conversational and relaxed. Most of the questions were very behavioral and easy to answer.

Phone Interview where they ask some basic questions about you and if you have selling experience. If they like you then they willl have you come to the store for an interactive type of interview
