Entrevista
I submitted an application in-store and was called by an assistant store manager to come in for an interview about a week later. I had a group interview by one of the assistant store managers with two other candidates where we were asked about any previous experience in customer service and ability to follow direction. I was then called by the store manager and hired for the position.

Please tell me about a time in which you made a mistake and how did you address it?

Entrevista
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
