Very positive and fun. I talked with the manager who was very nice and she asked about myself and we chatted personally for a few minutes before she started to ask me questions. They are looking for happy and friendly people who are comfortable with selling the credit card. Pier 1 is more about selling the card then actual customer service, which seems a little strange to me.

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
