I received a phone call from the store manager and set up an interview time. The day of the interview, the manager was very friendly and had a good attitude. Wanted to make sure I was professional, by the way I answered his questions. Made up customer scenarios, and asked how I would react to each.

I had an easy interview Bev was lovely she made me feel at ease and then I didn't get the job but maybe I didn't do well in the interview
