Interview process was extremely easy going. There's a phone interview and a virtual interview if they decide to move forward with you. Everyone by which I have encountered was super friendly and provided a lot of valuable info about the organization and the position. It offers a lot of flexibility and room for growth. Pillars seems like it would be an exceedingly enjoyable work environment and I really love how big they are on diversity.
