had a few meetings with top level management and ownership. they asked thorough and thoughtful questions. displayed great professionalism. had one on one with director of ops first. had tour of facility with ops director to include question and answer session. repeated process with Company President and then members of ownership.

Arrived early and was kept late. HR Rep was busy and after quite a wait, the operations manager interviewed me.
