The interview was held over Microsoft Teams, no need for download or account creation, so it was just a click into the Interview virtual room. There were 2 interviewers, 1 from HR and the other from the department that I was applying for. The interview was casual and the interviewers made me feel at ease by holding it more like a conversation than a formal interview.
