The interview process with Ping Identity is very slow and it is divided into many phases: 1. You will apply online. 2. Will receive notification to do an online IQ and personality test. 3. Then you will receive a pre-screen call. 4. Next step is to fill a form with about 10 question and rate your skills in different areas related to the job. 5. Technical phone conference/interview with a group of engineers. 6. You will receive task list and login credentials for AWS account and need to do some tasks related to the job. 7. Another IQ test and personality test in front of a web camera. 8. ...something more for sure :) During the hiring process with Ping Identity, I have received an offer from another company which hiring process was not so time-consuming and I have got money I wanted, so I lost my interest in Ping Identity before phase 6. Because the adverts for this job is still active (July 2017), it looks like that they expanding their team or their HR processes are too tough and there are not enough desperate people :)

Discussion about your experiences/skills Second interview went really well, was told directly by the head of engineering that they enjoyed the discussion with me before ending the call and that they will definitely contact recruitment team to let me know about next stage. Then nothing. Radio silence. No updates or even replies when I contacted them multiple times.
