Emailing back and forth and zoom calls, phone interviews. No in person interviews these days it seems. Professional company and a good recruiting department but hard to get through the automated system.

Interviewing with the managers felt like I was interviewing with a bunch of fraternity brothers that’s the best way I could describe it. Also the position is NOT remote and they are requiring people in this role to work in the office (during the pandemic), which for me seems pretty old school and odd for a tech company.

After you submit your CV you will go through a CCAT test. First interview with a Recruiter Second Interview with the Teamleader + Language Test Final Interview with 2 hiring managers. Very fast responses and everyone is great to work/communicate with.
