The application process is dismal and unimaginative to the point of soulless. Listen to the many other reviews here. They care more first about results on a pointless online test than discussing and understanding a professional's expertise, knowledge and problem-solving acumen.

There were many rounds of interviews. I had 4 total and unfortunately, I received an automated email stating that I had been rejected from the role. It felt impersonal to receive after all of the time and effort in preparation and during the interviews, but I suppose that is the general landscape of the interview process these days. On the plus side, the interviewers were all kind and easy to speak to. I received great insight into the role from our conversations.
