As I was interviewing from Australia, all the interviews were conducted via zoom. The process consisted of a screen from recruitment, followed by a cognitive and personality test. After this I was interviewed by the SRE Manager then was asked to do a take-home project. Upon completion of the project I was interviewed by a panel of the team members in the SRE team. Everyone I met throughout the process was friendly and it was overall a really positive interview experience. I ended up taking a role with another organisation but based on my experience throughout the interview process I would recommend Ping to a friend.
